The strategy of quality control is realized by the perfection of PRESS GLASS SA TQM and the optimization of production costs. The periodical assessment of the level of realization regarding quality control is carried out on the basis of the quantity of production, assessment of the amounts of goods made in the production process as well as customer satisfaction.
The Board of the company declares constant perfection of PRESS GLASS SA TQM, fulfillment of legal and technical requirements, constant observation of customer needs and expectations, while also assuring the means to allow the system function smoothly.
